Privacy notice
This notice explains how ARC Design & Construction (“ARC”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Who we are
ARC Design & Construction is a design-and-build studio based in Bangkok and Songkhla. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, your phone number, LINE ID or email, the type of project, and your message. We also note which language you used and which page you sent it from. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, so please don’t include it in your message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a consultation or prepare a proposal. This is a step taken at your request before any contract (PDPA, Section 24(3)). We will not use your details for marketing or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Your inquiry is delivered to our inbox through a form-delivery service and stored in our Google (Gmail) account. These providers handle it only to deliver and store it for us, and some of their servers are outside Thailand. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you. If your inquiry becomes a project, we keep what we need for that project and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Browsing this website
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language and light or dark mode choices are saved in your own browser and are never sent to us. The site is hosted by Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts; like any website, these services receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
